Louis Vuitton Island Maison Opens at Marina Bay Sands

It is the biggest night for Louis Vuitton Singapore: The gala opening of the Louis Vuitton Island Maison at the waterfront of Marina Bay Sands on September 17th, Saturday. This iconic ‘floating’ Maison is the first in Southeast Asia. International stars such as Hollywood actress Cate Blanchett, Chow Yun Fat, Korean actor Kwon Sang Woo, Chinese actress Vicky Zhao Wei, Japanese footballer Hidetoshi Nakata, Taiwanese model Godfrey Gao and many local celebrities such as Zoe Tay walked the red carpet, all clad in Louis Vuitton – what else! I can’t wait to see what’s inside the Louis Vuitton Island Maison – nope, I haven’t been on the grand tour but I bet it’s gonna be smashing! AFF 2010: Who’s Who at alldressedup Fall/Winter 2010

OK… I was late for alldressedup (well, not late late but late) so I only managed to take a picture of celebrity stylist Karen Ng before the show. It’s thrilling that now she knows my name! Also, I bumped into Little Nyonya star, Jeanette Aw after the show. My mum is a fan of hers! Other local celebrities spotted at the front row include Pierre Png, Andrea De Cruz, Bryanboy, Dr Georgia Lee and etc.

Red Carpet: Dance of the Dragon

Dance of the Dragon starring Fann Wong, Jang Hyuk and Jason Scott Lee, premiered last Wednesday at The Cathay. The good thing is that the slight drizzle didn’t dampen the star-studded red carpet event. Let’s see who’s looking good strutting down the red carpet:

Fann Wong looks lovely in a black toga dress with a big fastener on her left shoulder. Anyone knows who she’s wearing? I like her drop earrings as well.

Andrea de Cruz with her best accessory, err… man accessory – Pierre Png. Now who says she needs slimming pills? I’m not sure about her red and purple colour combi, but I think her shiny purple/green heels rock!

Love the red cropped jacket! Lose the belt!

Hmm, I don’t like her head to toe ‘satin’ look – I mean, top to clutch to bottom? I don’t even approve the sheer lacy thing she’s wearing – so aunty!
